In my cartooning class at the American Academy of Art in 1986-7, one assignment was a page of a comic book. I explained to the instructor that I was doing a scene from Star Trek II if Star Trek II had been a Doctor Who story instead (his only comment was, "That doesn't defy the format of Doctor Who, does it? I mean, there isn't one villain who's in every episode?"). Some years later I reenvisioned the comics page in triangles on my original fanfiction site. More recently I've been meaning to draw more Armchair Story Editor for The Hero of Three Faces and decided to import this from my old site. At first I decided to redraw the art, but then I decided not to, and that's the explanation for the non-Three-Faces-standard panel sizes after the first one (though I did resize the lettering in the final panel before I changed my mind about redrawing the art).
