Mills (Sleepy Hollow Mills lives version), the Doctor [a different incarnation] (Doctor Who).

I spent the last season and a half of the run of Sleepy Hollow drawing in realtime an alternate timeline version in which Mills lives instead of Crane. The events Mills describes here to the Doctor are of the alternate version of The People vs. Ichabod Crane (2017). Afterwards I realized I'd be happier just ignoring those episodes and I expunged those cartoons from The Hero of Three Faces continuity (which means, in practical terms, they still appear when you're following production order but not when you're reading in chronological order). But this cartoon from the alternate timeline I didn't expunge, because I like it too much.
