This cartoon's been removed from The Hero of Three Faces continuity because in the second season premier of Star Trek: Picard dialog states that Jurati was exonerated of Maddox's murder due to alien mind interference. Commander Oh's interview with Jurati did include a mindmeld ostensibly for imparting information on the clandestine Romulan campaign against synths. I don't think I remembered that when I wrote Musiker's dialog here. In any case I half-expected some sort of onscreen, actually official resolution to this plot point to recton what I wrote and that's why I ran this cartoon before the second season aired.
