Dante. The talisman Dawn is holding signifies travel to this fiction plane by means of the spell Willow invented. Like many, this cartoon is an import from my original fanfiction website (where it still appears, with some differences, here). You can tell from the Dawn triangle's round head, which she's no longer drawn with (example at the link above). If you look at the original appearance you'll notice the Doctor's in panel four instead of Dawn. At the time I imported this I was trying to make myself remember that I've set up several other characters in Three Faces besides the Doctor to be fiction-plane travelers, and to give them the spacetime traveler gags which aren't contingent on having the Doctor be the spacetime traveler in them, and this qualified. I'd thought briefly of replacing the Doctor with Guinan, but it didn't seem the kind of argument Guinan would make. Plus, for Dawn to tell Buffy the story then cause the accident trying to prevent it is funnier.
