Artie (Warehouse 13), the Doctor(Doctor Who). Spoilers for Warehouse 13 season 2012: This cartoon was scripted and drawn while the airing of the 2012 Warehouse 13 season arc was still in progress, before it was revealed that the Brent Spiner role, after his initial appearance, was only a magical/psychological projection by Artie's mind and that Artie, possessed by the astrolabe, was the season arc villain himself, performing the acts of magical sabotage which appeared to viewers as having been done by the monk. In retrospect the Doctor's assertion in this cartoon that the monk was an artifact of inaccurate fiction reflection obscuring the Doctor's participation in Artie's activities tells us that, in the Hero of Three Faces version of continuity, Artie was going around alternating between the fugue state as in the screen continuity in which he committed the acts attributed in fiction reflection to the monk and then, when in his right mind, fooling the Doctor (and himself) into believing they were some kind of magical kharma which required the Doctor's help to be set right; and, at this point in the events portrayed during the season, the Doctor remained ignorant of the truth. At time of writing I don't recall the denoument of the season arc well enough to suggest what role the Doctor must have played in events once the truth came out. |

Indiana Jones (Indiana Jones and the Cave of the Crystal Skulls). The implication here is that the appearance in Dinosaurs on a Space Ship (2012) of the invented historical figure John Riddell was an inaccurate fiction-reflection of events on the Doctor's home plane in which rather it was Indiana Jones whom the Doctor recruited into the gang who boarded the Silurian generation ship. I suppose there's therefore an implication that, after the events of Dinosaurs on a Spaceship, Nefertiti went to live with Indiana Jones. Unless, I suppose, the Nefertiti on our screens also was, like Riddell, a ficton-obscured reflection of a character from elsewhere on our screens than Doctor Who. A Queen of a long ago time who must have served and then suddenly disappeared from According to Wookieepedia Neyutnee, Queen of Naboo in Star Wars: The Clone Wars, last appeared in an episode which premiered early 2012. Just saying. |
